In the 1950’s Alfred Kinsey, The first scientist to study human sexuality in detail, once likened the orgasm to “to the crescendo, climax, and sudden stillness achieved by an orchestra of human emotions… an explosion of tension, and to sneezing.” That definition has since been boiled down to “something that is awesome.”

I think you need to get some of your facts straight… are you SURE that the name of the biologist from Indiana University is ROBERT Kinsey and not ALFRED Kinsey? Maaaaaaaaaaaaaajor faux pas. With someone as famous as Alfred Kinsey, and all the articles written about him, you’d think a quick Google search would correct that.

I said something yesterday about this, and it didn’t get a response or posted, so I will say something yet again. The man’s name that did research in the 1950s was Alfred Charles Kinsey. NOT ROBERT Kinsey. A simple Google search could have cleared up this information before it was posted. As a graduate of Indiana University, and a woman who took classes from the Kinsey Institute, how credible do you think an article can be, if the first person they try to “credit” doesn’t exist? (Or at least is a senator, when I googled his name).

I remember reading another article about Bonobos monkeys awhile back. Apparently they use sex to bond with each other, regardless of the relationship between the two parties.. Reminds me of some people I knew in college.

This is a pretty random collection of facts. I’m not sure when it will be, but I look forward to being at a party and saying “Its a little known fact, but I read that a pigs orgasm lasts for half an hour”
